Flood Warnings!
Our neighborhood has areas that experience more water depth than others. On the North and South sides of Slone on towards the entrance to the neighborhood, the water depth is high enough to potetnially stall some vehicles, and any vehicle exiting through these waters will cause a wake which could effect some of your neighbors' homes. PLEASE, heed the NWS warnings, stay in place unless emergency. If you must exit, please stay below 3 MPH.
The draining of the water will take some time, please be patient.

The Board Meeting is typically held now quarterly on the 3rd Wednesday ; 6PM.
*January meeting will be scheduled after election in December of 2027 Board of Directors.
